About Me
I am a registered clinical psychologist and member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. I grew up in rural Canterbury and went on to study at Otago and Canterbury University. I completed my masters with the Child Development Research group at Canterbury University, working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

My background is working in adult community mental health, providing assessment and treatment for people with a vast range of difficulties.
Being from a rural background, I have a special interest in rural mental health and can offer unique support in this area. I provide down-to-earth, trauma informed care to promote recovery at a pace that suits my clients.

I continue to work part-time at Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand, in addition to one day a week in private practice.
